Shavkat Mirziyoyev receives EBRD President Suma Chakrabarti

Today, June 10, the President of Uzbekistan has received a delegation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, headed by its President Suma Chakrabarti, the presidential press service reported.

During the meeting, the main directions for the development of practical cooperation were substantively examined.

The parties exchanged views on accelerating investment projects, expanding the assistance provided in promoting economic reforms, creating a favorable business environment and investment climate in the country.

In addition, within the framework of the talks, special attention was paid to organizing the first meeting of the Foreign Investors Council under the President of Uzbekistan.
