President of Bangladesh lays flowers at Islam Karimov's grave in Samarkand
On the third day of his visit to Uzbekistan, President of Bangladesh Mohammad Abdul Hamid, accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Aziz Abdukhakimov, arrived in Samarkand, Abdukhakimov writes on his Facebook page.

During a visit to the Khazrati Khizr complex, the President of Bangladesh laid flowers at the grave of Uzbekistan's first president Islam Karimov and offered a prayer.
The delegation also visited the Imam al-Bukhari memorial complex.

President Abdul Hamid’s trip to Uzbekistan began on June 16 with a visit to the historical sights of Bukhara. On the second day, he arrived in Tashkent, where he also visited a number of attractions in the capital, including “Hazrati Imom” memorial complex, the State Museum of Temurids, as well as the textile factory “Uztex Chirchik”.
