The employment contract, concluded with the director of the school No.9 of the city of Chust Ravshanoy Ismoilova, has been terminated in accordance with Part 2 of Article 97 of the Labor Code.
According to Kun.uz source, the school principal wrote a letter of resignation from office.
The order to terminate the employment contract was signed by the head of the public education department in the Namangan region V. Rajapov.
The chief accountant of the district department of public education is charged with paying R. Ismoilova monetary compensation for all unused basic and additional leave and making a full settlement.
The head of the district department of public education Shavkatbek Yuldoshev, within three days, was entrusted with recommending a candidate for the position of acting director of school No.9.
It should be recalled that on July 16, an article “Forced labor or voluntary work: Teachers are attracted to “landscaping” in Chust” was published on Kun.uz. It spoke about the teachers of the school No.9 in the city of Chust, who were involved in the forced labor during their vacation period.
After that, the State Labor Inspectorate under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations took control of the situation.
On July 17, the Ministry of Public Education reported that the fact of attracting teachers of this school to forced labor was being studied and that measures would be taken against those who allowed it in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Earlier, it was reported that in early July, in the other district (Kasansay) of the Namangan region, teachers of a school were involved in pouring concrete. After studying this situation, the acting head of the district department of public education, F. N. was removed from his position, administrative punishment in the form of a fine was imposed on the deputy khokim of the Kasansay district on the issues of industry development, capital construction, communications and public utilities Mubillo Isomiddinov.
So far, information on the application of measures against the head of the district department of public education Shavkatbek Yuldashev and the deputy khokim of the district Zukhriddin Boyboyev is not available.
