Khokim, prosecutor of Yakkabag district dismissed. Criminal case initiated against “deputy khokim-excavator operator”

Representatives of the presidential Administration of Uzbekistan studied the situation in the Yakkabag district of the Kashkadarya region, where the other day a businessman poured petrol and set the deputy khokim on fire, the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the presidential Administration reported.

Reportedly, in Kashkadarya, the deputy khokim of the Yakkabag district Mansur Tuymayev was involved in the illegal demolition of the two-storey building belonging to the entrepreneur Bakhriddin Isomov, in which the shop, office and residential premises were located.

As a result of the studies, the khokim of the Yakkabag district Shokhmurod Dovayev and the district prosecutor Jamshid Khalilov were dismissed. 

In addition, a criminal case was filed against the deputy khokim of the district, Mansur Tuymayev, for unlawful act. Currently, an investigation is underway.

It should be recalled that on July 27, khokim of the Kashkadarya region Zafar Ruziyev also visited the Yakkabag district.

Earlier, the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported that a criminal case was initiated against the businessman Bakhriddin Isomov under Articles 25 and 97 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan.
