Justice Ministry reminds of compensations paid for withdrawal of land plots

The Ministry of Justice recalled the conditions for providing compensation for the seizure of land.

This issue is governed by the provision on the procedure for compensation of losses to citizens and legal entities in connection with the seizure of land for the state and public needs.

According to the document, the withdrawal of land plots is carried out with the condition of granting the following types of compensation:

- provision of citizens with a property of another equivalent living space and payment of the cost of plantings;

- payment to citizens of the market value of the demolished house, other buildings, structures and plantings, as well as compensation for losses caused to owners in connection with the seizure of the land;

- providing legal entities with equivalent property or reimbursement of the market value of real property and losses caused in connection with the seizure of land for the state or public needs;

- full compensation of losses caused by the withdrawal of a land plot for the state or public needs;

- payment for transfer and restoration of houses, buildings and structures belonging to citizens and legal entities, as well as compensation for losses caused to owners in connection with the seizure of the land plot.
