High-level state visits to take place between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan
High-level state visits will be organized between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. This was announced by the Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov at a meeting with the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to our country Huseyn Guliev.
In his speech, Kamilov said high-level state visits between the parties will be organized soon.
The Foreign Minister also asked to speed up organizing the 11th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission in Tashkent.
During the meeting, Kamilov noted that in recent years Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations have been developing in all spheres, and many projects in the economic sphere have begun.
It should be reminded that the last visit of Azerbaijani President to Uzbekistan took place on September 27-28, 2010 and the last time the President of Uzbekistan visited Azerbaijan was on September 11-12, 2011.
