Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrives in Baku

The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in the city of Baku to participate in the seventh summit of the Turkic Council.

According to the presidential press service, Mirziyoyev was met by First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yaqub Eyyubov, the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other officials.

The main events of the summit will be held on October 15. During the visit, the President of Uzbekistan will also hold a number of bilateral meetings with heads of other participating states.
