Chinese Xinjiang Hualing Industry & Trade may invest in “Chorsu” hotel reconstruction

Khokim of Tashkent Jakhongir Artikhodjayev met with the president of Xinjiang Hualing Industry & Trade En Hua Mi. The company is considered one of the largest in China. It owns large retail and wholesale centers and covers 26 subsidiaries, employing more than 3,000 people.

According to the city administration, the company’s management is interested in the implementation of a major logistics project and the construction of a shopping complex and a hotel. At a meeting organized in the khokimiyat of Tashkent, Artikhodjayev introduced the guests to major projects planned for implementation in the capital.

In particular, after improving the coastal territories of the Chirchik River flowing through Tashkent, it will be possible to build a shopping mall, an industrial park, residential complexes and create green areas.

Also information was given to the management of Xinjiang Hualing Industry & Trade (Group) Co., Ltd. for participation in such projects as the construction of a business center in the Yakkasaray district and the reconstruction of “Chorsu” hotel.

En Hua Mi said that the presented projects are of great interest for the Chinese side and they will provide their conclusions on these proposals after a comprehensive study.
