About 30 people evacuated in Tashkent due to fire in an apartment building
Firefighting crews arrived at the scene at around 01:15 a.m. and the fire was extinguished at 01:43 a.m.
On June 3, at 01:08 a.m., the Tashkent city Department of Emergencies received a call about a fire in the house 22A (8th floor of a 12-storey building), Tuzel 2, Tong mahalla, Yashnabad district.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, firefighting crews arrived at the scene at around 01:15 a.m. and extinguished the fire at 01:43 a.m.


Firefighters rescued two people from the burning house and one – from a neighboring house. More than 30 people were evacuated from the house to a safe area to prevent the fire from spreading to other apartments in the building and poisoning the population living on the upper floors.
No casualties were reported, the statement said.
