New tourist complex to be created in Pop district of Namangan

According to UzA, entrepreneurs have started to implement major projects in the Chodak village, located in the Pop district of the Namangan region.
“LLC “Apart Hotel Kosmos” implements a project of building a modern hotel. The project also includes construction of a recreation area in two hectares of land for $800,000. Of this amount, $400 thousand is foreign investment, and the remaining $400 thousand – funds of the project proponent. This project is expected to create 50 jobs,” the official report says.
According to the Russian partner, the head of the company “Stroy Lider”, the development of the tourism industry is a profitable business and promotes the well-being of the population in its territory.
It is noted that the new complex will have aerial lift, balloon attractions, entertainment areas on roofs, artificial caves, swimming pool, fitness room, restaurant, car park, excursion service.
The commissioning of the recreation area is scheduled for December.
