Ministry of Public Education: Plan for enrollment in the first-grade is almost completed

As of August 18, schools have enrolled 578,710 students in the first grade, which is 90 percent of the enrolment plan for the current academic year, the Ministry of Public Education reported.

According to the Ministry, 577,304 children have been enrolled in public schools, 103 – in special schools of other ministries and 1,303 – in private schools. 
  
The Ministry of Public Education plans to enroll 650,116 children in schools in the current academic year.

Admission for the 2020-2021 academic year will last until August 25 this year.

It should be noted that for the first time the process of submitting documents is carried out online in Tashkent through the website qabul.maktab.uz.
