Procedure for issuing cadastral passports changed
To further improve the system of public services, the Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution on the approval of administrative regulations for the provision of certain public services in the field of cadaster.
As the Norma reports, the administrative regulation for the provision of public services for the issuance of cadastral passports for real estate has been approved.
It regulates the procedure for the provision of public services for the registration of real estate owned by legal entities and individuals on the basis of property rights. The terms of registration of the cadastral passport have also been reduced.
In accordance with another approved administrative regulation related to the provision of public services for state registration of mortgages and mortgage contracts, the mortgage is registered without submitting a separate application and without registration fees.
Also, administrative regulations for the provision of public services have been adopted, which provides for:
- state registration of real estate lease agreements of legal entities and individuals upon their application;
- state registration of an agreement on the right of limited use of a land plot;
- issuance of a certificate of the presence or absence of private real estate for citizens.
According to the document, the Ministry for ICT Development, the State Committee for Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and State Cadaster, the Public Services Agency, together with other interested departments, were instructed to ensure the integration of regulations with the system of providing public services and place them on the Single Portal of Interactive Government Services within a month.
