Drunken man beats his wife to death during quarrel in Syrdarya 

According to the Investigation Department, on the night of September 15, a 39-year-old resident of Gulistan was drinking alcohol with his 50-year-old wife, when the couple had a quarrel and the husband started beating his spouse.

As a result, the women received serious bodily injuries and consequently died from them.

The Prosecutor’s Office initiated criminal proceedings on this case. The man was detained in a procedural order and brought in as a suspect.

Currently, an investigation is underway.
