Japanese airline to organize charter flights from Europe to Uzbekistan
The State Committee for Tourism Development held a meeting with Nagahito Miyoshi, head of the Mission of Japanese company Marubeni in Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the organization of charter flights and increasing their frequency, including VIP charter flights from European and other countries of the world by JAL Business Aviation, established by Marubeni and Japan Airlines (JAL).

Representatives of the airline expressed interest in the Uzbek market and offered cooperation in increasing the tourist flow between Uzbekistan and Japan. The Vice-Chairman of the committee, Ulugbek Azamov, and the airline representatives agreed to hold a meeting with local tour operators on this matter.

At the meeting, the Uzbek side made a proposal to launch charter flights from Europe to Uzbekistan together with the airline’s London office. The initiative was supported by Japanese partners. As the situation with the pandemic stabilizes, work on agreements will start.
