187 schools in Tashkent to resume activities in traditional form starting September 28
In Tashkent, 187 secondary public schools will resume their activities in the traditional form, the press service of the capital’s Public Education Department reported.
In the context of the pandemic, it was reported that from September 14, 2020, 160 schools have gradually begun their activities in Tashkent.
From September 28, schools No. 291, 293 in the Bektemir district, 71a, 205, 211, 286 in the Mirzo Ulugbek district, boarding schools No. 101, 105 in the same district, 79, 103, 114, 162, 163, 179, 183, 188, 281 in the Chilanzar district, schools No. 13, 102 in the Shaykhantakhur district, schools No. 100, 127, 160 in the Yakkasaray district, schools No. 156, 170, 216, 230, 231 in the Yashnabad district will resume activities in the traditional form.
Thus, starting from September 28, 2020, 187 out of 318 secondary public schools in Tashkent shall operate in the traditional form.
The remaining secondary public schools in Tashkent, depending on the state of sanitary and medical preparedness, conduct classes through TV lessons within the framework of the “Online School” project.
