Uzbekoziqovqatholding assets transferred to the Ministry of Finance and State Assets Management Agency
A government decree “On measures to further improve the food industry management system” has been adopted, the Ministry of Justice reports.
In accordance with the decree, the state share in the statutory funds of enterprises that are part of the holding company Uzbekoziqovqatholding has been transferred to the State Assets Management Agency; the share of Uzbekoziqovqatholding in the authorized capital of Uzagroexportbank and Agrobank has been transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
Until March 1, 2021, the state share in the authorized capital of enterprises transferred to the agency will be put up for public auction.
It should be reminded that Uzbekoziqovqatholding was terminated by a corresponding resolution of the President.
