Number of mobile subscribers in Uzbekistan nearing 25 million

As of October 1, 2020, the number of subscribers connected to mobile networks amounted to 24.8 million people, it increased by 6.9% or 1.5 million compared to the same period last year.
 
Regions with the largest number of subscribers connected to the mobile communication system:

• Tashkent city – 4.8 million subscribers;
• Fergana region – 2.8 million subscribers;
• Samarkand region – 2.3 million subscribers;
• Andijan region – 2.1 million subscribers.
