Shavkat Mirziyoyev departs for Khorezm region

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has departed for the Khorezm region, the press service of the head of state said.

“The key purpose sought from the working trip is to study, in the context of mahallas, how the ongoing reforms have had an effect on the lives of people, and decide on plans,” the statement reads.

The President is expected to get a first-hand view of the activities of agricultural and industrial enterprises. He also plans to meet with local activists, public figures and youths.
