Vladimir Putin awards Russian Ambassador to Uzbekistan with Order of Honor
Vladimir Putin has awarded Vladimir Tyurdenev, Ambassador to Uzbekistan, with the Order of Honor for his contribution to the country’s foreign policy.
The relevant document has been published on the official portal of legal information of the Russian Federation (RF).
“The award was granted for a great contribution to the implementation of the foreign policy course of the Russian Federation and many years of conscientious diplomatic service,” the document says.
Vladimir Tyurdenev has been heading the Russian diplomatic mission in Tashkent since 2009.
In the summer of 2019, by the decree of the President of Uzbekistan, the diplomat was awarded the “Mehnat Shuhrati” (Glory of Labor) Order.
