 President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has given instructions to start vaccinating people against coronavirus.

“By the end of this year, 35 inter-district and acute vascular disease centers should be established on the basis of district and city medical associations.

To this end, by July 1, $24 million will be attracted from the International Development Association.

Another issue is the need to start vaccination of the population against coronavirus. To achieve this, Khojibayev and Yusupaliyev will determine the category of the population that needs to be vaccinated in the first place and create their list in an electronic form,” Mirziyoyev said.

Earlier it was reported that mass vaccinations in Uzbekistan will begin in March, and 20% of the population will be vaccinated by the end of the year.
