State Customs Committee’s acting first deputy chairman appointed
Ilhom Mukhtorov has been appointed Acting First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee. The corresponding presidential decree was signed on February 16.
Prior to his appointment, Ilhom Mukhtorov had worked as the head of the Risk Monitoring and Assessment Department of the State Customs Committee.
He was awarded the Medal “Shukhrat” by the President in January 2020.
Anvar Asamov served as the first deputy chairman of the State Customs Committee in 2019-2020. When he was transferred to the post of Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade in November 2020, the post of First Deputy Chairman of the Customs Committee remained vacant.
