Among the regions of Uzbekistan, the largest number of marriages were registered in Samarkand (6,723).
According to the State Statistics Committee, in January–March 2021, 59,754 marriages were registered throughout the republic. This is 10,243 more than in the corresponding period of last year.

- Andijan region – 4,434;
- Bukhara region – 3 894;
- Jizzakh region – 2,388;
- Kashkadarya region – 5,223;
- Navoi region – 1,528;
- Namangan region – 4,190;
- Samarkand region – 6,723;
- Surkhandarya region – 4,893;
- Syrdarya region – 1,536;
- Tashkent region – 5 459;
- Fergana region – 5,900;
- Khorezm region – 4,691;
- Tashkent city – 4,717.
