Capital Market Development Agency being terminated
The Capital Market Development Agency is being terminated and all its functions and powers are being transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Finance together with relevant ministries and departments will submit within one month a draft document which provides for:
- transfer of powers, rights and obligations and property of the Capital Market Development Agency to the Ministry of Finance;
- determining a mechanism for subsequent implementation of projects of the liquidated agency with the participation of international financial institutions.
It should be recalled that the Capital Market Development Agency was established in January 2019 by a relevant presidential decree.
