OSCE Chairperson-in-Office arrives in Uzbekistan

On April 13, the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Sweden Ann Linde arrived in Uzbekistan on a two-day visit.

The program of the visit to Tashkent envisages bilateral negotiations in the Senate of Oliy Majlis and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during which it is planned to discuss topical issues of interaction within the OSCE, as well as the prospects for promoting Uzbek-Swedish cooperation.

Earlier Sherzod Asadov, the spokesman for the President, said that during the visit, Ann Linde would be received by Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Asadov expressed confidence that the visit of Ann Linde will elevate the cooperation between Uzbekistan and Sweden to a new level.
