The discussions focused on driving forward bilateral cooperation across the OSCE’s three main pillars – economic-environmental, political, and human dimensions.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the high level of open and constructive dialogue that has developed between Uzbekistan and the OSCE, alongside its specialized institutions. This growing partnership is highlighted by regular high-level visits from the organization's leadership, as well as the active participation of OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) missions in monitoring electoral processes across Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the officials underscored the positive outcomes of joint projects aimed at countering transnational threats, reforming the judicial-legal system, promoting gender equality, protecting human rights, and developing mass media.

The conversation also highlighted the need to widen cooperation into emerging priority areas. These include combating cybercrime, accelerating digitalization and artificial intelligence applications, enhancing professional training, supporting youth initiatives, and advancing the green agenda.

To solidify these goals, an agreement was reached to prepare a new joint roadmap for cooperation and to host a series of collaborative events both within Uzbekistan and at various OSCE platforms. The sides also exchanged views on pressing issues on the regional and international agenda.
