Almost 500 million soums allocated for operations of low-income patients in Kashkadarya

The regional khokim Zoyir Mirzayev handed over the money to the medical center, where 17 citizens from low-income families will undergo complex cardiovascular surgery.

On April 22, in the Karshi branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Cardiology, a charitable event was held.

The khokim of the region donated a total of 495 million 500 thousand soums to the medical center from the “Sakhovat va Kumak” (“Kindness and Support”) fund.

With this money, specialists will carry out operations for low-income patients, including prosthetics of heart valves, coronary artery bypass grafting, occluder implantation and other cardiac operations.
