Admission to universities to kick off on June 20

Receipt of documents from the population will begin online within five days.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed the Prime Minister to approve the parameters of preferential admission on the basis of additional state grants within two weeks.

This year, more than 1.5 million young people are expected to apply for enrollment in universities.

This year, for the first time, 500 state grants will be allocated for the training of students in 22 directions of 9 non-state universities.

The President also announced that the number of university admission quotas this year will increase by 13% compared to last year, reaching 181,000.
