Fire breaks out on the territory of Zarafshan Natural Park
A large fire occurred on the territory of the Zarafshan National Natural Park in Samarkand region, the press service of the regional emergency department reported.
According to the ministry, the fire spread over an area of 1.5 hectares.
Five fire brigades arrived at the scene of the emergency at 21:15. The fire was contained at 02:51 and was completely extinguished at 04:03.
Currently, the reasons for the incident and the amount of material damage are being established. No casualties have been reported.
