Tashkent khokimiyat urges its citizens to stay at home

The press service of the capital administration published a message asking citizens to stay at home and avoid going outside.

Citizens of the capital, especially those with chronic diseases under dispensary control, young children, pregnant women, and the elderly, are encouraged to protect themselves during the heat.

“Under such conditions, people should avoid going outside without a reason and consume more liquid to protect themselves from the negative consequences of hot and dry weather,” the report said.

Uzgidromet reports that on July 24-26, hot and dry air masses from the south are expected to cause a sharp increase in temperature.

These days, the temperature will exceed climatic standards by 4-6 degrees and can reach 40-43 degrees.

On July 25-27, wind speed will increase up to 17-22 m/s, and in some places up to 25-28 m/s, with dust storms.
