Shavkat Mirziyoyev’s state visit to Russia scheduled for November

Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a telephone conversation with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin on 7 October.

The parties discussed issues of further expanding multifaceted cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.

They considered preparations for the upcoming state visit of Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Russia next month.

The sides also exchanged views on topical issues of international politics and regional cooperation, including the development of the situation in Afghanistan.
