As Makan edition reports, Daryabay Kaipov became the new Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for agriculture and water management.
Prior to his appointment to this position, he worked as the head of the secretariat for agriculture in the Khorezm regional khokimiyat.
