Uzbekistan receives another batch of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine

Today, October 18, Uzbekistan received 526,500 doses of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, the Ministry of Health reported.
This is the second batch of Pfizer the country has received. Earlier in September, 1,200,000 doses of the vaccine were delivered to Tashkent.
The total amount of Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines imported to Uzbekistan has now reached 1,726,500 doses.
The country’s total storage of different vaccines stands at 29,214,488 doses, the ministry added.
