Shavkat Mirziyoyev may pay an official visit to Hungary in 2022
The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay an official visit to Hungary in 2022. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced this.
“I am sure that next year I will be able to personally meet Mr. President in Budapest as part of an official visit, which will provide another opportunity to deepen our relations,” he said in his congratulation message to Mirziyoyev on winning the presidential elections.
At the end of March this year, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban paid an official visit to Uzbekistan. The parties signed over 10 different documents for the development of cooperation.
Following the talks, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Viktor Orbán also inked a joint declaration on strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Hungary.
