Uzbekistan ranks 51st in Global Firepower Index 2021
In the updated Global Firepower Index, Uzbekistan ranked 51st in the world and 1st in Central Asia.

According to the ranking, all neighboring states were included in TOP-100: Kazakhstan ranked 61st, Afghanistan – 75th, Turkmenistan – 86th, Kyrgyzstan – 93rd and Tajikistan – 99th.
Among the countries of the former Soviet Union, Uzbekistan ranks fourth, following Russia (2nd), Ukraine (25th) and Belarus (50th). In terms of military power, Uzbekistan and Belarus have shown almost the same results.
Earlier, Uzbekistan announced that it developed a combat module equipped with a large-caliber machine gun and remote control.
