Passenger bus catches fire in Sergeli (video)
A fire broke out in a passenger bus in the Dustlik-1 block of Sergeli district. There are no casualties.
In the afternoon of December 14, a Mercedes-Benz passenger bus traveling en route 47 caught fire in the Dustlik-1 block of Tashkent’s Sergeli district, the MES press service reported.
“On December 14, at 15:21, the district FSB received a report of a fire in a Mercedes bus traveling en route 47 in the Dustlik-1 block of Sergeli district.
Accordingly, 2 fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene at 15:25 and the fire was extinguished at 15:34. As a result of the fire, the rear passenger compartment of the bus was burned and damaged.
No one was injured or killed as a result of the incident,” the report reads.
The cause of the fire and the amount of material damage are being determined by experts.
