Statistics Committee names provinces leading by birth rate for November

According to the committee, the highest number of births in the previous month was registered in Samarkand region – 9,434. The TOP-3 includes Fergana region (8,467) and Kashkadarya region (7,822).

In November, 7,645 births were recorded in Andijan, 7,085 – in Namangan, 6,912 – in Surkhandarya, 6,283 – in Tashkent region, 5,857 – in the city of Tashkent, 4,213 – in Khorezm, 3,980 – in Bukhara and 3,826 – in Karakalpakstan.

Jizzakh region (3,409), Navoi region (2,260) and Syrdarya region (2,020) registered the lowest level of birth.
