Four higher education institutions of Uzbekistan included in QS ranking for Europe and Central Asia
British analytical agency Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has published an updated ranking of universities in developing countries in Europe and Central Asia.
The list ranks 450 universities, including four educational institutions of Uzbekistan:
• Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (211-220th place)
• National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek (251-300)
• Tashkent State Technical University (351-400)
• Samarkand State University (401-450)
Lomonosov Moscow State University tops the ranking. In total, the list includes 134 Russian educational institutions.
