FM Abdulaziz Kamilov hosts outgoing ambassadors of South Korea and Palestine
On February 9, Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Kang Jae Kwon, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.
During the talks, the minister noted the personal contribution of the ambassador to strengthening bilateral relations of friendship and a special strategic partnership.
The progress of the implementation of previously reached agreements, a schedule of upcoming events and a plan to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest were discussed.
Also, Abdulaziz Kamilov hosted the outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine Mohammad Abdullah Tarshakhani.
During the meeting, it was noted that during the period of the ambassador’s work, Uzbek-Palestinian relations have consistently developed and strengthened. The readiness of the parties to continue cooperation in areas of mutual interest was confirmed.
The diplomat expressed his sincere gratitude to the Uzbek side for the favorable conditions created for fulfilling his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan.
