“It would be wise for Lukashenko to deal with the affairs of his country” – Uzbekistan responds to Belarus President’s statement
An official source in the government has commented on a recent statement by Alexander Lukashenko on Uzbekistan. The source said the problems in Belarus have been just “hidden” from the public eye, not have been completely resolved, and recommended that Lukashenko deal with his country’s affairs.

“Such inconsiderate statements do not correspond to the spirit and level of interstate relations achieved through joint efforts.
It would be wise for dear Alexander Grigoryevich to, first of all, deal with the internal and external affairs of his country. After all, the problems in Belarus today have been just “hidden” from the public eye, they have not been completely resolved.
There is no need for people to present themselves as an “expert” in overcoming the color revolutions, to assess the situation in other countries without further knowledge and comment on their foreign policy.
Uzbekistan, as an independent sovereign state, has a clear vision of its future and will continue to move forward on the path of national development strategy only in the interests of the people and the state.
Once again, we recommend that all such “experts” do their job” Kun.uz quotes the source as saying.
It should be reminded that in an interview with Vladimir Solovyov, a journalist and a propagandist for the Russian government, Alexander Lukashenko said that the Union State, formed in 1999 by Russia and Belarus, could be expanded to include such former Soviet republics as Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
