Uzbekistan increases import of pharmaceutical products
In 2021, Uzbekistan imported $1.6 billion worth of pharmaceutical products from 63 countries.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the volume of pharmaceutical product imports increased by $437 million compared to 2020.
Major exporters of pharmaceutical products to Uzbekistan during the reporting period:
- India - $300.8 million
- China - $290.6 million
- Russia - $145 million
- Ukraine - $86 million
- Germany - $78 million
- Hungary - $74 million
- Latvia - $68.5 million
- Turkey - $66 million
