Regions of Uzbekistan and Chinese province of Shandong establishing partnerships
A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China with the Deputy Head of the Office of Foreign Affairs of the Chinese province of Shandong Ji Caiyun, a Dunyo correspondent reports.
During the talks, issues of establishing partnership relations both at the level of regions and cities of the two countries were discussed. The parties also agreed to organize bilateral online negotiations, as well as develop draft cooperation agreements for further signing.
According to Ji Caiyun, during the previous visits of the leaders of Namangan and Samarkand regions to Shandong Province, the main areas of cooperation were identified. In this regard, the Chinese side proposed to resume work on establishing partnerships with these regions of Uzbekistan.
At the same time, in order to reach a practical result, the participants of the meeting considered the issue of organizing business forums with the participation of representatives of industries, companies and government bodies of the two countries.
