KIA raises prices for two models sold in Uzbekistan
The new price of the KIA Seltos crossover starts from 305.9 million soums, the K5 sedan – from 321.9 million soums.
KIA has increased prices for some car models for the Uzbek market, Spot informs.
The Korean company raised the prices of K5 and Seltos cars by about 10% - this is 30-40 million soums, depending on the configuration. It was these models that were the first to go into production at the ADM Jizzakh plant last year.
According to sources, this is the second price increase since the beginning of the year – the first happened in February.
Prices for KIA Seltos depending on the configuration:
Luxe - from 305,900,000 soums;
Style - from 341,900,000 soums;
Prestige - from 370,900,000 soums;
Premium - from 397,900,000 soums;
Premium+ - from 419,900,000 soums.
KIA K5 is offered in trim levels:
Comfort - from 321,900,000 soums;
Luxe+ - from 381,900,000 soums;
Prestige+ - from 418,900,000 soums;
Style - from 456,900,000 soums;
GT Line - from 474,900,000 soums;
GT Line+ - from 495,900,000 soums.
Currently, seven KIA models are sold in Uzbekistan - Seltos, K5, Sorento, Soul, Stinger, Carnival and K8.
Prior to this, other car importers in Uzbekistan also updated the price tags. For example, AvtoVAZ raised the cost of Lada twice - by 15% in early March and another 8% in the middle of the month.
