Uzbek delegation takes part in CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting
The delegation of Uzbekistan, headed by Acting FM Vladimir Norov, is taking part in the regular meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS Foreign Ministers), which opened this morning in Dushanbe.
The event provides for an exchange of views on topical issues on the international agenda and interaction in the CIS format, a discussion of the implementation of joint programs, as well as draft documents submitted for consideration by the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth.
As expected, the delegation of Uzbekistan will also take part in the next meeting of the heads of foreign affairs agencies of the Central Asian countries and hold a series of bilateral negotiations.
