Uzbekistan increases import of fish and seafood
In Q1 2022, Uzbekistan imported 2,200 tons of fish and seafood from 21 countries for $3.7 million.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the import of fish and seafood increased by 752 tons compared to the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the republic imported fish and seafood mainly from the following countries:
- Russia - 980 tons
- Vietnam - 541 tons
- Lithuania - 254.3 tons
- Kazakhstan - 250.4 tons
- Norway - 117 tons
- Latvia - 19.5 tons
- France - 1.9 tons
