COVID-19: Namangan region registers a new case for first time in weeks
On May 24, nineteen people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan.

The Ministry of Health reported that the total number of registered coronavirus cases has reached 238,929.
According to the ministry, 13 cases were recorded in the city of Tashkent among people who were in contact with infected citizens, 1 case was registered in Tashkent region, 4 cases in Samarkand and 1 case in Namangan.
As of May 24, the number of recovered stands at 237,180 (+12). This is 99% of all the registered cases to date.
