Uzbekistan, Finland review preparations for upcoming political consultations in Tashkent
The Foreign Ministry hosted a meeting yesterday between the Head of the Department for Cooperation with European Countries and EU Institutions Nodir Ganiev and the Ambassador of Finland with residence in Helsinki Ilkka Räisänen.
During the talks, the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, as well as issues of preparation for the next round of Uzbek-Finnish political consultations to be held on May 27 in Tashkent, were discussed.
It was noted that this event will further strengthen relations between Uzbekistan and Finland, identify new areas of cooperation of mutual interest.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue joint work to fill the bilateral agenda with new practical measures.
