The manager of the Gazalkent branch of Microcreditbank in the Tashkent region registered a company headed by his wife as a supplier and provided her with a loan in the amount of 302 million soums. Doesn’t the regional khokim of Tashkent have enough authority to enforce the observance of the law by this official who has lost his conscience?” the President asked.
