Uzbekistan sets up operational headquarters to help citizens of Kazakhstan stranded in Karakalpakstan
Uzbekistan has created an operational headquarters to help citizens of Kazakhstan who are left stranded in the territory of Karakalpakstan after the recent unrest.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the operational headquarters has been organized to provide assistance to citizens of Kazakhstan.
The headquarters is open around the clock. One can contact the headquarters by calling +998612248206, +998993858644 or at the address: Nukus, St. Pushkin 22A.
Earlier we reported that several citizens of Kazakhstan were left stranded in Uzbekistan after the mess protests in Karakalpakstan on July 1-2.
