Shavkat Mirziyoev takes part in commemoration of the victims of repression

Today, August 31, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev took part in the commemoration ceremony of the victims of repression in the Martyrs’ Memorial Alley.
According to Sherzod Asadov, spokesperson for the president, Shavkat Mirziyoyev also laid flowers at the Independence Monument in the New Uzbekistan Park.
Today in the evening, the president will participate in the celebration event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the country’s independence.
It is expected that Shavkat Mirziyoyev will address the people with congratulations.
