Uzbekistan to host Russia-China-Mongolia summit
Russian President Vladimir Putin said that in the near future in Uzbekistan, he was scheduled to meet with the President of Mongolia, as well as to hold a trilateral summit of the leaders of Russia, China and Mongolia.
“Very soon, a meeting with the President of Mongolia is planned in Uzbekistan, where we also have a trilateral summit with the participation of the PRC Chairman,” the Russian President said on Wednesday at a meeting with the PM of Mongolia.
It should be recalled that Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in the SCO summit, which is scheduled for September 15-16 in Samarkand.
Earlier it was also reported that Turkish and Russian Presidents Tayyip Erdoğan and Vladimir Putin may discuss a food deal on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Samarkand.
